RWCB 3 REAL WHITE COLLAR BOXING 2022/3
We are finally back after recent disruptions to service……..
For a variety of reasons, including Covid, train strikes and the World Cup in November, we have decided to move the next Real White Collar Boxing show from November 2022 back to Spring 2023.
But for those of you who are keen to get back to training, or to have a meaningful taster of what’s involved, we’re offering to run a 10 week white collar boxing Introductory Course.
If enough of you (or your friends, family and workmates) are interested, we will run one hour sessions at 11.30 am every Saturday from 17 September for ten weeks at Gymbox Elephant and Castle, to include:-
- Professional coaching in and around the ring
- Access on the day to the other Gymbox facilities (arrive early or stay after the class)
- Full introductory training with all the usual skills, drills and thrills
- Priority sign-up for the Spring event
The cost will be £70 for the full ten weeks, or £15 per individual session (if pre-registered).

10 WEEKS TRAINING: FROM JANUARY 2023 – dates to be confirmed but likely Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings at Gymbox, Elephant & Castle
6 MINUTES FIGHTING: NEXT SHOW APRIL 2023 at The Boston Dome, Tufnell Park
